Calgary Framers is an incorporated, licensed and insured Alberta contractor. We frame houses and commercial buildings across Calgary and the surrounding towns, and we carry the shell through to weather-tight rather than handing it off half-finished.

Calgary Framers is a framing contractor serving the Calgary area and beyond. Structural carpentry is the core trade (floor systems, wall framing, roof structure, beams and posts, sheathing) and it is the skill set behind every other service on this site.
A deck is structural carpentry. So is a fence post line, a basement bearing wall, an addition tied into a settled house, and a garage that still runs true in year ten. That is why they are all done by the same crews rather than subcontracted out to a surface trade.
We also install the windows and exterior doors into the openings we frame, wrap the building before the siding trades arrive, and get the roof on so the frame is not sitting open through a Calgary week. Most framing companies stop at the frame. Taking the shell from bare foundation to weather-tight under one contractor is the part we are actually built around.

On homeowner-direct work we prepare the drawings, submit the application and see it through to permit closure. You do not deal with the City.

Nothing gets covered before it is inspected
Framing and insulation inspections are called and passed before anything closes in. What is hidden after drywall is exactly where corners get cut, so that is where we document.

Licensed, permitted trades only
Every electrical, plumbing and gas rough-in on our jobs is done by a licensed trade under a pulled permit. Unpermitted work is the first thing an insurer looks for after a claim.

Written workmanship warranty
Issued on handover, in addition to any manufacturer warranty on the products used.

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including weekends. Urgent structural damage is assessed as a priority.
